Canadian Crossroads International is currently seeking an entrepreneurial and energetic individual with fundraising experience to join our team as Resource Development Officer.
Reporting to the National Director of Development, the Resource Development Officer supports the corporate, foundation and individual giving programs, as well as the community event fundraising and donor relations portfolio. This position is also responsible for developing and writing fundraising support material. The Resource Development Officer will join the CCI team to ensure all fundraising goals and objectives are met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post secondary degree (BA) or equivalent experience;
- Minimum two years experience in individual fundraising and donor relations in not-for-profit setting;
- Demonstrated experience in grant and proposal writing;
- Demonstrated experience developing and writing fundraising support material, sponsorship proposals and donor relation materials;
- Demonstrated experience with relational databases (Raiser’s Edge preferred);
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent proofreading skills;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Excellent organizational, analytical and administrative skills;
- Respect high level of confidentiality;
- Bilingual preferred -- verbal and written fluency in English and French.

The salary range for this position is $42,215 - $50,658
