If you
- have graduated from a recognized post secondary institution in a course of studies with emphasis on community/economic development,
- have superior written and oral skills,
- have 3 years of related experience including at least 1 year in a municipal government system,
- have considerable knowledge of economic development issues and strategies,
- have a thorough knowledge of general administrative and management principles
- have a valid drivers license and the ability to travel as required,
