YES! Magazine is seeking a dynamic leader to aggressively drive unprecedented growth in traffic, audience engagement, and revenue. Responsibilities
- Aggressively increase traffic, engagement, subscriptions, and donations by optimizing all channels including social, search, email, and mobile.
- Conceptualize and execute a new long-term revenue strategy for a digital media future, including launching new products and initiatives.
- Collaborate with editorial, development, and marketing teams to establish a data-driven culture, using analytics and testing to continuously optimize all channels and projects.
- Propel YES! to the cutting edge of media organizations by staying on top of emerging trends in digital media and technology, and bringing the best innovations to YES!
Skills, Knowledge, & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, marketing, or technology.
- Successfully led cross-functional teams with measurable results.
- Track record of using web analytics and A/B testing to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Voracious consumer of digital media, including news, social, and streaming content on multiple devices.
- Ability to think and act as an entrepreneur, pushing the organization in new and productive directions.
- Brings prioritization skills, technical knowledge, and intense creativity together to achieve goals and solve complex problems on the cheap.
- An unceasing systems thinker.
- A keen understanding of YES!’s niche in the media landscape.
- Conversant in modern web technologies, social media, and marketing funnel and/or customer decision journey.
- Strong management skills, plays well with others, consensus-builder, sense of humor.
- Passionate about YES!’s social change mission.

Compensation: $40-45k, DOE. Excellent benefits, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance; and generous vacation, holiday, and sick leave.
