We are currently seeking to hire for the following full-time position in The Community Home Services Program (CHSP):

Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities: This position requires a results-oriented individual to ensure regular and effective delivery of customer services to eligible community members. The Customer Service Supervisor participates in the selection and training of appropriate and sufficient workers for CHSP, monitors the daily assignment of workers and contributes to the employability of participants through regular feedback and coaching.

Additionally, the Customer Service Supervisor processes customer applications and maintains the customer base through site visits, client registration and review. He or she is responsible for the coordination and delivery of approved services in the CHSP, resulting in the achievement of service delivery targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of barriers to employment
  • Knowledge of human resource management functions and employment standards
  • Successful supervisory experience in a team environment
  • Effective team player, able to take leadership role and provide excellent customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Post-secondary education in business principles and practices or equivalent in experience
  • Mandatory: A satisfactory Criminal Records Check, Child Abuse Registry Check, Class 5 Manitoba Driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle for work purposes.
