This strategic forum will bring together food, farm and fisheries leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs with social finance leaders, investors and collaborators to explore the opportunities and challenges in growing local, sustainable food systems. This is an in-depth, action-oriented forum with opportunities to learn from leaders, colleagues and advisors in the food and finance fields and to participate in strategic conversations to move key issues forward.
The forum will include:
- Keynote by Michael Shuman - Local Dollars, Local Sense: 12 Cutting-Edge Tools to Finance the Local Food Revolution. Shuman is author of The Small Mart Revolution: How Local Businesses are Beating the Global Competition.
