The West Central Women’s Resource Centre (WCWRC) provides services and programming to women and families in the West Central neighbourhood of Winnipeg. WCWRC is seeking an Office and Administration Coordinator. Working with the Director: Finance and Operations, the Office and Administration Coordinator will support day-to-day operations, communication, human resources and programming.
Start Date: September 2013
Salary: $19 – 21/hr
Time requirement: 28 hours per week 1 year term
Closing date: August 13, 2013

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in office/non-profit environment
- Excellent organizations skills
- Proven ability to take initiative
- Strong computer skills and the ability to provide technical support to other staff
- Strong writing skills with the ability to prepare reports, letters, and forms
- Awareness and sensitivity to issues of marginalization and diversity
- A strong understanding of the west central community
- Accessible to and supportive of community women
