FOUR SESSIONS:
November 28 | January 14 | February 27 | April 15
United Way of Winnipeg (580 Main Street)
If evaluation isn’t embedded in your organizational culture at all levels or if your staff don’t have the basics to conduct effective evaluation of program activities, your agency is increasingly at risk. The capacity to undertake effective evaluation is critical to your agency’s future. Program managers and their staff require evaluation skills for continuous program improvement and to respond to the information needs of their stakeholders, including funders.
United Way is pleased to partner with the Canadian Evaluation Society (Manitoba) to offer the Evaluation Foundations Learning Series for community agencies with a diversity focus.
Class size is limited to maximize learning.

The series will be comprised of:
- Four one-day sessions taking participants through the evaluation process, including a focus on diversity and inclusion, as well as practices appropriate to community agencies (e.g., participatory approaches, innovative/alternative data collection methods).
- Sessions will include theory and a variety of active learning techniques, building on the existing skills and knowledge of participants with a goal of continuous improvement.
The Learning Series begins on November 28th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at United Way of Winnipeg, 580 Main Street. Subsequent class dates are January 14, February 27, and April 15th, also at United Way.
