In Salt Sugar Fat: How the Food Giants Hooked Us, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Michael Moss outlines the rise of the processed food industry and its link to the emerging obesity epidemic. He reveals how companies use salt, sugar and fat to allure us and, more importantly, how we can fight back.
