Innoweave is proud to be partnering with the Trico Charitable Foundation and United Way Calgary to offer a Social Finance workshop.
The Innoweave Social Finance Workshop helps leadership teams of community organizations assess how social finance tools can work for them. Leadership teams will leave with an understanding of how to:
- clarify how they might use financing;
- develop and assess options to access financing;
- prepare their board and senior management to make decisions related to the use of social finance;
- and take the next steps towards implementation.
Innoweave workshops are intended for leadership teams of organizations - organizations should send 3-4 people to this workshop in order to make the best use of group activity time.
To apply for this workshop:
- Complete the Social Finance Self-Assessment; you will be asked to include your results code in your application.
- Click here and follow the instructions to create an application. Prior to creating an application, you will need to create an account and log in. Once you are logged in, start a new submission under "Innoweave Applications" and choose the "Social Finance" workshop
- Complete the application in full and please remember to click "Submit Application" when you are done. Only one application per team is required.
Participants in the workshop will also be eligible to apply for a small Innoweave implementation grant. The next round for grant applications will be announced in the coming months.
