The St John’s Residents Association (SJRA) is seeking the services of a qualified firm/consultant to establish the St. John’s 5-year Housing Plan.

The resulting Housing Plan will:

• Build on current Neighbourhood Renewal direction and data
• Confirm community support through extensive community consultations
• Identify areas of success regarding the renewal of the neighbourhood and opportunities for improvement

Submitted proposals must demonstrate:

• Understanding & Experience in reviewing community projects with direction from stakeholders,
• Working knowledge in neighbourhood housing and safety concerns
• Proven ability to hold community consultations, gather and present the information required.
