We are currently looking for an Administrative Payroll Clerk.    The Administrative Payroll Clerk position involves a variety of support functions for the Employment Mentorship Program (EMP) including HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, preparing T4 statements and ROE’s..
 
This is a fulltime position.  The Administrative Payroll Clerk will work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.  OFE is located at 300 – 294 Portage Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Successful applicants will have:

  • In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Experience in payroll administration as well advanced knowledge of the Manitoba Employment Standards
  • Above average organizational abilities with a clear understanding and attention to priorities
  • Previous experience with recruitment and other HR functions
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment to meet tight deadlines
  • Post-secondary education in accounting, administrative support or equivalent in experience
