Summary of Job Description
The Office Assistant will provide support to the senior leadership team at NorWest Co-op Community Health Inc. Working closely with the Executive Project Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for day to day facility support; ordering and inventory; co-op membership program; and scheduling support to the Executive Director. The position will be based out of Access NorWest, but will also support NorWest Co-op satellite locations and resource centres.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and / or Business Administration education preferred
- Minimum two years in an administrative role required
- Experience in healthcare and / or not-for-profit settings an asset
- Experience and knowledge working with diverse populations
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent flexibility and customer service skills
- Proficient use of MS Office suite and website maintenance
- Child / elder abuse and criminal records check required
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
