You can choose to come for the full day and cover all topics or just attend either the morning or afternoon session. See below for more details or write info at cecnb.ca. AM Session

The morning session will cover the "Basic Social Media Triad": Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn and is designed to help you build your brand and make real connections using the most common social media channels. We will discuss best practices in posting, content generation, and give you tips and tricks on the when, where, and what. This session is designed to benefit every kind of organization from communities, to product vendors, service providers, to non-profits.

PM Session

The afternoon is for those who feel comfortable with their presence on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn and who are looking for "The Full Package." We will be delving into Instagram, Pinterest, blogging, and creating viral content - content that will get you noticed. This session will help you get creative, get traction with a wider audience, keep your clients, customers, and community involved, and get your message out to the masses. We will be covering everything from dealing with online complaints to marketing ideas in an over-marketed world. This session is a must for those who are looking to create a buzz around their organization, business, or product.
