United Way is embarking on an exciting three year strategy to help more Winnipeg kids and families than ever before. Our shift from annual fundraising to a longer view opens an opportunity to join United Way in a newly created role.
As an Associate Director, Campaign, you will work directly with the Director, Campaign and Partnership Development to lead all aspects of our annual workplace campaign. Specifically, you will:
- Work collaboratively with volunteers to develop and implement resource development initiatives focused on workplace giving and based on industry best practices that integrate and coordinate innovative approaches to fundraising, marketing research, and data analysis
- Contribute to the ongoing development and care of relationships and partnerships in the community
- Provide leadership, project management, and coaching to staff and volunteers
You are a professional, results-oriented team player with the proven ability to grow and develop relationships and you are passionate about making Winnipeg a better city. You also possess the following qualifications or an equivalent combination of education and related experience:
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Post-secondary education
- Proven leadership skills and exemplary project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain both internal and external relationships
