The Winnipeg Social Finance Working Group is pleased to announce the first Winnipeg Social Finance Forum. This one-day conference will strengthen the practice and understanding of social finance in Winnipeg and Manitoba. Social finance describes lending and investment in impact-focused entities, including social enterprises, non-profits sand cooperatives.
Social finance is drawing increased attention across Canada and internationally. There are great opportunities in our communities that can be unlocked with the access to the right financing. Join local and national leaders to discuss the existing social finance landscape in Manitoba, and contribute to what the future holds.
The Winnipeg Social Finance Forum is an invite-only event. Please contact Darcy Penner for more information at d.penner at ccednet-rcdec.ca
