A strategic and critical team player, with exceptional administrative and organizational skills, who will ensure the smooth running of our office through a collaborative role. This individual will manage our overall administrative and office systems to support ONN in what we do best: get stuff done!

ONN is the independent nonprofit network for the 55,000 nonprofits and charities in Ontario, focused on policy, advocacy, and services to strengthen Ontario’s nonprofit sector as a key pillar of our society and economy.
What will the Administrative Coordinator do?
Working with the ONN team, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the ONN office including main phone inquiries, purchasing, filing and inventory, and meetings to ensure that the team is well supported in getting their work done;
- Assist with financial and grant administration,
- Administer ONN tech tools, and assist with day-to-day use; provide staff support, training and encourage adoption;
- Assist with growth of ONN membership program;
- Provide logistical and administrative support for annual Fall conference, Nonprofit Driven; and ongoing support as needed for all other ONN events
Compensation
37.5 hours/week, 3 weeks of holidays 3 month probation period; annual performance appraisals Salary: $40,000 with benefits following successful completion of probation ONN human resource policies apply
