Description:

The opportunity:

Reporting to the Manager, Community Financial Centre (CFC), the Community Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for the sales and risk management of a portfolio of business, cooperative and non-profit members and prospects. The CAM will represent ACU and the CFC to members of the community and will also maintain and nurture existing community partnerships.

What you'll do each day:

  • Provide financial consulting relative to community/business banking, to identify the ACU products and services that will support members' success
  • Contribute towards the develoment and implementation of a growth strategy targeting non-profit and small business
  • Evaluate, recommend or approve commercial lines of credit, letters of credit, commercial mortgages, overdrafts and other loan applications
  • Identify new sources of business and develop, retain and grow the relationships by ensuring their needs are met and the relationship contributes positively to the credit union
  • Monitor delinquency, and identify actions required to collect

Your experience and qualifications:

In addition to a degree in business or finance and five to seven years of job-related experience, you are passionate about continuing to build your career in banking in an organization that uses finance to improve the lives of members, employees and communities.
