Business Development Services
Full Time; 6-month contract

SEED’s Business Development Services supports low-income community members to launch or expand small businesses. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will:
- Plan and lead administrative processes
- Respond to general inquiries
- Coordinate and implement program intake
- Coordinate training programs
- Enter data and ensure database is kept current
- Provide general reception services
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
- Provide general administration support to the BEST team
Successful candidates must:
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be a quick learner who is highly motivated and detail-oriented
- Be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment while coordinating multiple deadlines
- Have strong interpersonal skills, with a professional, friendly and calm reception manner
- Have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and other Windows applications (including knowledge and ease with various virtual platforms including Zoom, MS Teams, G-Suite)
- Have strong conflict resolution skills and be a demonstrated team player
- Have the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Understand the ongoing impacts of colonization
- Type 60 w.p.m. and have a minimum of one year of administrative support experience
- Be able to work evenings and weekends
