Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) is a dynamic and caring individual committed to IRCOM's vision and mandate to provide newcomer families with Transitional Housing and Proactive Post-initial Settlement Services, with the aim of providing a safe and supportive environment for these families to integrate into their new lives in Canada. The CRC is a vibrant, resourceful leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills and is able to meet the challenges of working with a culturally diverse group of clients. The CRC will exhibit and uphold IRCOM's core values of respect, non-violence, equality, team work, and optimism.
