As Executive Director, you will play a key role in the overall success of the organization by promoting the effective use of technology in adult teaching/learning. You will also articulate and grow a strategic view of the role e-learning can play in increasing access to learning resources for all of Manitoba's adult EAL learning community.
Ideally, you possess strong business and fiscal management skills derived from both your university degree in a related field and previous employment. Your experience in the EAL learning industry is augmented by a level of comfort with e-learning concepts and technology. You have worked in a not for profit before and are familiar with success building activities including engaging stakeholders, developing partner networks and developing funding proposals.
