The Project Manager is responsible for overall project planning, organizing directing, coordinating and controlling projects to ensure on-budget, on-time completion.

Requirements

• Ability to manage on-going multiple projects and maintain current progress reports on all jobs.
• Previous training and experience in renovation/construction and estimating is required.
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials for construction/renovation projects
• Ability to work as part of a team and with a variety of people.
• Knowledge and understanding of marketing and business development practices in the construction industry in Winnipeg
• Basic Computer skills
