Employment Consultant: Opportunities For Employment is a private, faith-based, non-profit organization. Our mission is to assist adults to achieve self-sufficiency through meaningful full-time, long-term employment. We are currently looking for applicants for the full-time (1 year term) position of Employment Consultant. This position provides coaching and support to OFE job seekers. Responsibilities include: developing and implementing employment plans; assisting individuals in finding employment; promoting OFE services to employers and providing effective follow-up services.

Qualifications

Successful applicants will have in-depth knowledge of job searching techniques, consulting experience, superior interpersonal skills, and be an effective team member. Post-secondary education in a related field or the equivalent in experience is required.
