We are currently looking for a full-time Counsellor/Facilitator for an eleven-month term position (with the possibility of extension) under the OFE Stages of Change (SOC) Research project.

• The Counsellor/Facilitator is required to design, develop and deliver programming, including curriculum and intervention materials, as required for the OFE stages of Change research project.
• The incumbent will establish and maintain positive working relationships with the program participants as well as with partners involved in the delivery of the SOC project.
• The Counsellor/Facilitator will demonstrate high levels of flexibility and creativity and be able to organize and prioritize their responsibilities effectively on a daily basis.
• This position includes the responsibilities of intake assessment, stages of change assessment and the development and delivery of stages of change interventions including workshops and one-to-one motivational interviewing that engage, encourage and motivate the participant in the process of finding and securing employment.
• The Counsellor/Facilitator will participate in the data collection and analysis for this research project and will maintain records and complete reports to support the project.
