Opportunities For Employment is a private, faith-based, non-profit organization. Our mission is to assist adults to achieve self-sufficiency through meaningful full-time, long-term employment.  We are currently looking for applicants for the full-time position of Employment Consultant.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing employment plans; assisting individuals in finding employment; promoting OFE services to employers and providing effective follow-up services.

Qualifications:

• Successful applicants will have in-depth knowledge of job searching techniques and consulting experience.
• Post-secondary education in a related field or the equivalent in experience is required.
• Experience in an employment agency would be an asset.
