EVALUATION COORDINATOR (2 Year Pilot)
full-time 2-year term with potential to become a permanent position; annual salary $45,000 Reporting to the Executive Director, this position will be responsible for coordinating the evaluation of programs that support healthy sustainable communities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with partner organizations to plan and implement program evaluations.
• Participate in training partner organization staff.
• Provide analytic and technical support.
• Participate in preparation and dissemination of knowledge exchange materials.
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree related to social or environmental sciences or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum three years experience working in the community with an emphasis on program planning and evaluation
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative program evaluation design and methods, as well as community based research methods
• Experience with database management and statistical data analysis using Excel, Access
and/or SPSS
• Experience conducting literature reviews
• Strong facilitation and consultation skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written (including reports and proposals), and verbal communication skills and experience in preparing written information for various target audiences.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting and with community agencies
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer in a Microsoft Windows XP environment.
