Workshop Description:
As an employer, what can you do if your employees are:
- Being uncooperative?
- Gossiping?
- Undermining fellow employees or their employer?
- Lying, cheating or stealing?
- Being lazy?
- Being aggressive or combative?
- Not being motivated or challenged?
- Hesitant to take on new tasks or assignments?
- Disrupting the workplace?
- “Ticking off” your clients or membership?
This workshop will look at some of the more common (and often annoying) behaviors in the workplace, the reasons behind them and identify ways to reduce or eliminate the turmoil and drama!
