* Understand the function and purpose of bylaws
* Identify the essential elements of board bylaws
* Recognize the strengths and weaknesses of your current bylaws
* Develop an action plan to strengthen your bylaws
Understand the function and purpose of a board member handbook
* Identify the essential components of a board member handbook

* Develop an action plan to strengthen or create a board member handbook
suited to your organization

Who Should Attend?
* These sessions will be of interest to new or experienced Board
Members, Executive Directors, CEOs, CAOs, CFOs, COOs and
other staff members and volunteers working closely with Boards.

How Do I Register?
* Please deliver your registration and cheque for $125.00 to:

PRAXIS Conflict Consulting, 481 Brock Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba,
R3N 0Z2.
* For an early bird fee of $ 95.00 registration and payment must be
received in the PRAXIS office for #1 by July 25, 2008,
for #2 by September 5, 2008 and for #3 by October
24, 2008. No extensions on this deadline will be granted.
* Fee includes light refreshments, resource manual valued at $55.00
and personal action plan.
* Cancellation Policy: NO REFUND although the fee is transferable to
another person.
