A Gathering: Peel’s Aboriginal Celebration
Join us on Saturday, June 23, 2012 for A Gathering: Peel’s Aboriginal Celebration. This free, family-oriented event, will take place between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. at Chinguacousy Park, 9050 Bramalea Rd., Brampton, ON L6S 6G7. The opening ceremonies will be at 10:00 a.m. and closing ceremonies at 4:30 p.m.
A Gathering: Peel’s Aboriginal Celebration will feature First Nations drummers and dancers; Métis fiddlers and jiggers; Inuit throat singers; Traditional teachings by Elders; cultural displays; This year’s theme is ‘The Three Nations’
