Institute for Northern Research and Development - Research Intern

The Institute for Northern Research and Development (INORD) at Laurentian University in Sudbury seeks an intern that will assist INORD researchers in supporting Community–based Economic Development and social development. He or she will participate in building a network of researchers and organizations and in conducting research. One project will focus on understanding the potential of the arts community to contribute to value-added activities that diversify employment and income in resource-based communities. The communities will all be in Canada’s Boreal-Shield region.
