About Jane Garthson:
Jane has consulted in leadership and ethics to the voluntary sector and governments since 1992. She also directs and regulates horse racing as a Commissioner of the Ontario Racing Commission. She was Executive Director of a non-profit sport governing body, and led a very successful turnaround. Jane is a Past Chair and founder of the Ethics Practitioners' Association of Canada, editor of Non-profit Boards and Governance Review e-newsletter, author of the monthly Ethics columns for CharityVillage and contributing editor, Governance, for Canadian Fundraiser.
