The Quebec Community Groups Network (QCGN) is an incorporated not-for-profit organization that identifies and addresses strategic issues affecting the vitality of Quebec’s English-speaking communities. The QCGN and its 53 member organizations work cooperatively and in partnership with community stakeholders, leaders, governments and institutions, to advance the interests of our minority community which counts more than 1 million English-speaking Quebecers.
