Manitoba Government Issues Social Impact Bond Invitation for Concepts

The Government of Manitoba is looking for a service provider to deliver its first social impact bond (SIB) that will help children and families who are in contact, or at risk of being in contact, with the child welfare system. Government will select a service provider from among those that submit their ideas for a first year landmark SIB.
