The BC CED Network, together with Coast Capital Savings and the Vancity Community Foundation, are pleased to announce $1000 bursaries are now available for ten practitioners to upgrade their CED skills and knowledge through Simon Fraser University's Certificate Program for CED Professionals, starting in fall 2008. Re: Resignation of Rupert Downing, Executive Director of the Canadian CED Network

The Canadian Community Economic Development Network (CCEDNet) Board of Directors regrets to announce the resignation of Rupert Downing, Executive Director. After more than six years in the position, Mr. Downing will be leaving us to move on to other areas of interest in the CED field while setting aside time to work on personal projects.
