Define the concepts of diversity, stereotypes, prejudice and discrimination
Identify the strengths of each person's own diversity
Acknowledge differences based upon gender, ethnicity, race, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation and other backgrounds
Gain a better understanding of what is culture and how other cultures vary from Canadian culture
Develop skills for cross-cultural communication
Recognize cultural barriers to overcoming conflict
Formulate strategies for overcoming cultural conflict and maximizing the strength of diversity in your organization.
