Members, Executive Directors, CEOs, CAOs, CFOs, COOs, Trustees and other
staff members and volunteers working closely with Boards.

* For an early bird fee of $ 195.00 registration and payment must be
received in the PRAXIS office for #1 by July 25, 2008,

24, 2008. No extensions on this deadline will be granted.
* Fee includes continental breakfast, light refreshments, resource
manual valued at $55.00 and personal action plan. Lunch on your own.
Parking passes can be purchased from the hotel for $7 per day.
