For an early bird fee of $100.00 registration and payment must be received in the PRAXIS office by August 14, 2009 . No extensions on this deadline will be granted.

Fee includes light refreshments, resource manual valued at $55.00 and personal action plan. Parking passes can be purchased from the hotel for $5 per day.

Cancellation Policy: NO REFUND although the fee is transferable to another person.
