This two-day training session focuses on the development of self-management and coaching
skills for Community Futures staff members. Coaching is defined as a process that enables
learning and development to occur and lead to improved performance. To be a successful
coach requires a strong understanding of your own stengths and blindspots and the ability to
assess the strengths and blindspots of those you are coaching. Using the concept of
psychological type, this training examines actions that can enhance the quality and success
of relationships.
