A Culinary Tour of Manitoba
Celebrate the taste of local, when eight Winnipeg chefs create a feast of the flavors of our province: Mise, Tall Grass Prairie, Organic Planet, Mondragon, Fresh Cafe, Ben Kramer of Diversity Foods, Chef Stefan Regnier, and Champa Bistro together at an elegant event that blends the taste of Manitoba's best foods with the skill of some of Winnipeg's finest chefs. Local drinks will be on offer, and the warm sounds of Papa Mambo will have us believing it's a sunny Manitoba summers' day.
It will be a fabulous finale to Day One of Manitoba's Growing Local Getting Vocal food security conference!
