The Social Planning Council of Winnipeg is offering a workshop to teach Winnipeg's residents about some of the city's civic processes and regulations. The aim is to educate groups and individuals about some of the ways they can have their ideas and voices heard. The take-away will be a more developed understanding around how change can be affected at the civic level.
