Invitations have been sent out to each Mayor requesting that a representative from the community attend. We are also inviting Inuit organizations, NGOs and the business community to send representatives

This will be our second semi-annual gathering this year, and the agenda is very full! We’ll follow-up on the dialogue that took place at the Rankin Inlet Roundtable on “Inunnguiniq: Parenting and Child Development.” We will open a new discussion on “Justice and Community Healing,” and we’ll hear about the government’s plan to review and reform its approach to social assistance. We’ll also consider the draft of the Makimaniq Five Year Poverty Reduction Action Plan.
