This session will cover basic marketing and brand building principles to help you be a more effective and focused marketer, no matter what size your budget or marketing team may be.
You’ll explore concepts such as the how to better understand audience perceptions that influence your communications, the elements that are critical in shaping a powerful brand story and marketing plan essentials. At the end of the session you will walk away with a roadmap to guide you through your next marketing challenge.
The day will include presentation and small group discussion, as well as the opportunity for individual problem-solving.
About the instructors:
Trish Krause is an award-winning marketing and communications professional who coaches not-for-profit and corporate organizations in how to find the magic to create and tell compelling stories that click with their most important audiences. Oxygen Consulting specializes in training, teaching, coaching and cajoling executives and organizational representatives to become effective spokespersons and storytellers for their brands.
Samantha Jones has a track record of bringing profile and support to some of Canada’s most well-known nonprofit organizations including; Breakfast for Learning, Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and Pathways to Education. Currently working as an independent consultant, Samantha works with mid-sized charities during periods of change on strategic marketing, fundraising and leadership initiatives.
Cost: Regular fee for one day workshop: $140 plus HST.
Discounted rates: Second and subsequent workshops for the same person; or more than one participant from the same organization: $125 plus HST.
Student rate: $50 plus HST.
