~ CANCELLED ~

To plan a successful program, you need to understand the participants and their needs, but you also need to work within your budget to plan a sequence of activities that will help participants reach those goals. In this workshop, you'll learn how to set reasonable and measurable objectives, to match resources and activities to the objectives, and to evaluate the program's effectiveness in the eyes of a variety of other stakeholders, including funders and community partners.
