The Saskatchewan Co-operative Association (SCA) is pleased to announce the recipients of the 37th Annual Co-operative Merit Awards. Five exceptional co-operators will be honoured this year at a gala banquet to be held Monday, October 17 in Regina.

The 2016 Co-operative Merit Award Recipients
Earl Hanson, George Keter and Marilyn McKee will be honoured with the Lifetime Co-operative Achievement Award for their long, varied and meritorious service in volunteer and/or elected positions within co-operatives and credit unions.
Lorna Knudson will receive the Co-operative Contribution Award, which is presented to those who have inspired others as a role model, leader and mentor through the development and expansion of co-operatives and credit unions and have increased awareness and understanding of co-ops and co-operative principles.
Beryl Bauer will be presented the CCA/CDF Global Co-operator Award in recognition of his active participation in and support of CCA and CDF's international development work through volunteering, advocating and/or fundraising.
