Premiere for Canadian Documentary on Cooperatives "A Silent Transformation"

The Aron Theatre Co-op is pleased to announce that it will be hosting the premiere of the Canadian documentary film about co-operatives.

The filmmakers, from Powerline Films, Anton Smolski and Mark Preston, will introduce the film and answer questions from the audience afterwards.

The film highlights how co-operative enterprises have revitalized their communities, how they are an important part of the global economy, and how co-ops build sustainable communities. In addition to interviews with co-operative movement leaders and thinkers, a number of Ontario based co-ops are profiled, including the Aron Theatre Co-op.
