Partnerships are a strategic approach to enhance the relevance of your organization. In this online workshop, explore the types of partnerships that further your mission and are needed to build upon the changing demands and new mandates challenging your non-profit and community. Participants will be encouraged to bring ideas of potential partnerships to the workshop and work through the steps to build these partnerships to be meaningful and successful. This workshop is required to complete Volunteer Manitoba's Emerging Leaders Program.

Facilitator:

As the owner/principal of Building Up, Wendy Bulloch is an experienced team leader and has been identified as a "process builder" to people and organizations in various capacities including: an Executive Director, leader, partnership builder, project manager and a facilitator and trainer. Wendy has served on a variety of boards and board committees over the past 25+ years in Manitoba and across Canada. She was the recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for her volunteer work with the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba. She is an experienced team leader and has been identified as a 'process builder' to people and organizations in various capacities.
