Sierra Club BC is a non-profit conservation organization. We are seeking four keen, creative and highly energetic individuals to join our Take Action! Student Engagement Project delivery team. You will be highly enthusiastic about teaching critical environmental topics through our unique action learning programs. You'll assist in the development of new school programs (Take Action Student Engagement Project) as well as the refinement of existing programs (Climate Change Education and the Sustainable High Schools Project). You will play a lead role in the delivery of these programs, teaching to a range of students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. If you're excited about the world of environmental education, enjoy new challenges, and are ready to ‘walk the talk' while delivering environmental and sustainability-focused programs across BC then read on. HIRING PREREQUISITES
NOTE: These positions are only open to current recipients of Employment Insurance (EI), or those eligible for "Reach Back" status (you have received EI benefits within the past 3 years or maternity/paternity benefits within the past 5 years). Successful applicants must be based in Victoria. If you do not meet these requirements we can not consider you for this position. Positions subject to funding.
