NECRC-PATH Resource Centre is a non-profit organization that provides employment and applied counselling supports and services to a diverse group of clients.

We are seeking a Mentorship Coach who is skilled at:
Interviewing clients, preparing case histories and conducting assessments
Developing and implementing counselling/intervention programs to assist clients in determining goals and the means to attain them
Assisting clients to sort out options, developing plans of action, and directing them in locating/using other social services as needed

Other key skills:
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, as well as presentation
Ability to effectively apply counselling knowledge
Experience and desire to work with persons of diverse cultural, economic and educational backgrounds
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Vehicle required for travel to meetings and interviews

Education: 
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field, such as applied counselling or social services. Completion of secondary school and several years’ experience related to applied counselling may replace formal education.
Minimum of two years’ experience.
