The Community Education Development Association (CEDA) is seeking applicants for a full time community development worker position to work in the St. John's neighbourhood in the north end of Winnipeg.

Duties:
* Provide support to resident association in the local neighbourhood
* Assist resident groups to develop and implement strategic neighbourhood development plans
* Assist resident groups to develop community based programs and to address neighbourhood improvement issues in the areas of education, employment, safety and housing
* Develop and maintain inter-agency coordination and collaboration of services in the local neighbourhoods

Qualifications:
* Knowledge of local neighbourhood conditions
* Demonstrated community development experience and skills
* Residence in local neighbourhoods would be considered an asset
