A community-based, volunteer driven organization that engages Winnipeggers and mobilizes collective action to improve lives and build community, has two challenging opportunities for individuals with the following attributes:

o Experience working with volunteers and building relationships.
o Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
o Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload with competing deadlines.
o Project planning, implementation, monitoring and assessment.
o Excellent communication skills (both orally and in writing).
FUND DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL
Reporting to the Campaign Director and as a member of a team participate in all aspects of the annual fundraising campaign and be responsible for working with a team of volunteers to plan and implement a fundraising program within specific divisions.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in a related field and minimum of two years related experience or an equivalent combination.

A Certified Fundraising Executive designation will be considered an asset.
