The North End Community Renewal Corporation (NECRC) requires the services of a qualified firm to provide a review of its compensation of human resources and identify appropriate compensation (salary and benefits) for its employees.

NECRC promotes the economic, social, and cultural renewal of the North End of Winnipeg with 20 employees and an operating budget over $2 million.

Submitted proposals must indicate understanding & experience in connecting key functions, roles, and duties relevant to the positions/terms and working knowledge Human Resource Management, and ability to gather and analyse the required information.
